Dental Drew is an informational and referral brand operated by Sovereign Software Systems LLC(“Dental Drew,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit this website or submit a request through its form.

This site is not a patient portal or a dental practice. Please do not submit medical records, insurance identification numbers, payment details, or other sensitive health information through the form.

• your optional message and your consent to be contacted; and
• submission time and source-page information used to administer the request.

The form workflow includes Cloudflare for hosting, security, and server-side request handling; Google Apps Script for validated lead delivery; Google Sheets for the lead record; and Google’s email service for internal notifications. These providers process information for the services they provide to us and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

We may share information with a dental provider or another referral participant when it is necessary to respond to your request and consistent with the consent and disclosures presented to you. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction with appropriate safeguards.

We do not rent personal information or sell submitted lead information for unrelated use.

Retention and security
