These Terms of Service govern your use of the Dental Drew website, which is operated by Sovereign Software Systems LLC. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Dental Drew’s role

Dental Drew is an informational and referral brand. It is not a dental practice, health care provider, insurer, or emergency service. Drew is a brand character, not a dentist or other licensed professional.

Site content is general information and is not diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, or a substitute for evaluation by a qualified dental professional. For urgent or emergency concerns, contact a licensed professional or emergency service directly.

Requests and referrals

Submitting the form is a request for information only. It does not create a dentist-patient, professional, fiduciary, agency, or exclusive relationship. It does not guarantee a response, appointment, referral, eligibility, price, financing, insurance coverage, procedure, or outcome.

Any dental provider is independently responsible for professional judgment, licensing, services, pricing, availability, privacy practices, and the relationship it establishes with you. You are responsible for evaluating any provider and deciding whether to obtain care.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, unlawful, or abusive information;
• impersonate another person or submit information without authority;
• send medical records, payment-card information, or highly sensitive data through the form;
• interfere with site security, availability, or operation;
• use automated means to scrape, overload, or misuse the site; or
• copy or use the Dental Drew brand, artwork, or content in a way that violates our rights.

Content and intellectual property

The site, Dental Drew name and presentation, original mascot artwork, design, copy, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Sovereign Software Systems LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal, noncommercial information purposes. No other license is granted.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and any warranty arising from a course of dealing. Dental information and provider availability can change, and we do not promise that every error will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sovereign Software Systems LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from reliance on site content, inability to use the site, a provider’s acts or omissions, or unauthorized access. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes, suspension, and contact
